2010 FAIR SCHEDULE

TUESDAY, JUNE 15
All 4-H & FFA Livestock, Communications, Clothing Selection, and Fashion Revue entries are due to the Extension Office by 5 p.m.  Entries postmarked after June 18 will be considered late and a $10 late fee will be charged.  After 5 p.m. on July 2, NO ENTRIES will be accepted for any reason and 4-H and FFA members will not be allowed to exhibit. 4-H Entries must be submitted to Extension Office in Fayette.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 14
Open Class Entries due at Fair Office by THREE.  Office will be open 10:00-3:00

FRIDAY, JULY 23
Non-Livestock Conference Judging – Dance Hall – 9:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.

SUNDAY, JULY 25
Barns Available AFTER 6:00 p.m.
4-H Booths must be set up by 9:00 p.m.
4-H Building will not be open on Monday July 26.

MONDAY, JULY 26, 2010

10:30-12:00 – 4-H/FFA Market Sheep Weigh-in & Breeding Sheep Check In – Sheep Barn
12:00 – ALL 4-H/FFA Livestock entries must be on the grounds (except for milking Dairy Cows, Horses, Dogs, Pets, and Bucket/Bottle Calves)
12:00-1:00 p.m. – 4-H/FFA Meat Goat Weigh-in
12:00-2:00 p.m. – 4-H/FFA Rabbit Check In
12:30-2:30 p.m. – 4-H/FFA Dairy Heifer & Dairy Goat Check-in
